Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Hotel je luxusnější a dražší, čemuž ale odpovídá i kvalita služeb. Snídaně jsou bohaté a velmi dobré, postele široké a pohodlné, koberce a ručníky tlusté a měkké.. Na recepci byli prekvapivě chladní a odtažití, snídaňový personál byl naopak velmi profesionàlní a navíc i milý a pan u bazénu byl naprosto perfektní... Hezký je výhled z vyšších pater, lokalita i zařízení, pokoje jsou prostorné a dobře zařízené.

The moat, alive with ducks and fish, was a captivating centerpiece we couldn’t stop admiring. The food was simply divine, with every meal a celebration of flavor. We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. Our room was a heavenly retreat, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The beautifully designed space, with its elegant furnishings and serene garden views, was a perfect haven for relaxation.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.
