Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Very clean and incredibly nice and attentive staff. It was thoroughly cleaned every day, new bottles of water put by the bed, tea/coffee and biscuits replenished, new cups put out etc. We were really impressed with the service!

The hotel is in a great location, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable I slept well. Staff we are all very friendly and helpful.

In Birmingham’s center, this modern 4-star hotel offers a luxury health spa with a 16 meter swimming pool and gym with Matrix fitness equipment. The location is great. The staff is great especially Mr. Mohamnad at the reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. He was always trying to make us feel at home, and always helped with a cheerful attitude. Also, Ms. Kinza who was also friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, provided bottles of water every day, had a nice view, and excellent air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant i think ‘aura’ and it was amazing, were helped by Mathew, who was an excellent host, gracious , and friendly. Even offered me a cold and hot drinks to make up for a misunderstanding made by the kitchen about my meal order.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Very clean and very good service from the staff. From checking in to those working in the bar in the evening to those that serve breakfast. We didn’t have an evening meal as we went out but it’s a very good experience.

Jays modern guest house se nachází v Birminghamu a má zahradu, sdílený lounge, kasino a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort boasts 468 bedrooms and suites, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 22 conference and event suites, a state-of-the-art leisure club and a luxury spa, PGA golf academy, onsite golf shop... Everything was perfect if I had any complaint it was that I didn't find my bed comfortable,but everyone is different.
