The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. We were traveling with a small child, and everyone was very kind and helpful. The young man at reception who showed us around, and the guys at breakfast and the bar — everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of pools and always plenty of available sunbeds.

A heartfelt thank you for a truly fantastic stay – everything was just perfect! The room, the breakfast, the pools (both our private one and the shared pool), and especially the service. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever experienced such warm and exceptional hospitality – it was out of this world! The team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On my birthday, they surprised me with a beautiful cake and balloons, and even after we had left, they kindly took the time to send us tips for the two other Greek islands we were visiting. An unforgettable experience – we can’t recommend this hotel enough!
