Warm welcome from Johan and his nephew, the room was clean and already fresh with the AC. The place felt like home and we could also use the kitchen. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food and fruits. The location is perfect, in a calm neighborhood, close to the city center. We also plan the visit to Ijen with Johan and everything went smoothly ! Thanks for everything, it was a pleasure to meet you :)

Located in a very strategic location. I love the breakfast. Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!

We stayed there to get some rest after a scooter accident and all the staff were so caring with us. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa… we got so much kindness from everybody ! A very special thank you to Indri and her colleagues at the reception for all the help during our stay, whether it be to get the directions to the hospital, the pharmacy, to bring ice packs to our room or to organise the rest of our trip… They have been amazing. 🙏🏼❤️
