From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff deserves nothing but praise for their professionalism and hospitality. If we ever return to India, we will definitely stay at The Imperial again. The Hospitality, the Hygiene overall was excellent, Respectfull staff, the entertainment was amazing, the complimantory sweets and pites at the show were very nice! Breakfast was a la carte was included really great!
