Very good stay.very polite employees especially Mr Pratyush Kumar. They gave us 2 hours more for check out free. Buffet restaurant was very good and breakfast as well. Location good and quiet.

The 5-star Trident Chennai features an outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and 24-hour room service. The hotel is located near Chennai airport and is 12 km from the railway station. Breakfasts are fantastic! The spa is also excellent - I had two Balinese massages followed by time in the steam room. Very relaxing. The hotel is also excellent at transporting you to/from the airport.

Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. The food was really awesome. The hotel is very clean , however, the aircon stops in between . If windows are allowed to open, then a slight mouldy smell could be prevented . Overall, it's a place to be highly recommended.
