I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

Amazing property, right in the middle of the forest. We could observe giant squirrels and monkeys from our balcony everyday!! Well maintained and clean rooms and facilities. Good food (we had a la carte) and great staff at reception and restaurants. Especially Sayand was very friendly! We also really enjoyed the complimentary nature walk and the different activities (table tennis, board games, etc.). They also helped us organise transport and other activities around the area.

From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.

Despite arriving at 5:30 a.m., Mr. Vineeth promptly responded to our call and kindly arranged an early check-in for a small additional fee. The self-service buffet breakfast was delicious, and while the canteen food was simple, it was consistently tasty. Overall, it was an excellent and serene experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Wayanad.

Our room had a breathtaking view facing the hills and the serene river, which made waking up each morning an absolute delight. The panoramic scenery was nothing short of picturesque, and we spent countless hours simply soaking it all in from our balcony. There’s something incredibly soothing about the gentle sounds of nature combined with the stunning landscape, making it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What truly stood out was the cordiality and courtesy of the entire staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, the restaurant team, or housekeeping, everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to assist. Everything about Pepper Trail was amazing. As soon as I entered the gates It felt so tranquil. I stayed in a premium villa, which is really large and airy and has a veranda for watching the birds during the day or just relaxing. The pool area is so peaceful, surrounded by tropical flowers & plants. All the staff went out of their way to help with anything, they were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, plants and spices. The food here is great too, if I had one small quibble, it’s that you always got way too much food. I would highly recommend Pepper Trail.
