Breakfast and dinner buffet (with live piano music) are excellent and highly varied. Service staff and management are extremely polite and helpful. The setting is colonial style - keeping up the tradition of Darjeeling. It is the only hotel with colonial style in Darjeeling that has such fantastic view on the Kangchenjunga and such a quiet surrounding. The buddhist spirituality is reflected in several details, e.g. minor rituals and the decoration. We will come back to this hotel whenever we will go to Darjeeling.

Excellent food .Enjoyed the food and ambience of restaurants - Shamiana and House of Mingh. Enjoyed the stay. Waiting to go back.

Located in New Town, Kolkata and 8 km away from the airport, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat features the an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness centre. Truly a 5-star (and beyond) experience! The staff was professional, the park-view room on the 28th floor was breathtaking, and the buffet and facilities were excellent. We only wish we stayed longer.

Very modern decor and finishes in room and incredibly helpful concierge service led by Mr Mukherjee who helped arrange/coordinate all of our transport (to/from airport and in town to Salt Lake for family wedding), best breakfast buffet/food options and most comfortable bed of all 5 hotels we stayed in India during this trip. Also loved the Newtown location as walkable to Spencer's in mall next door for bottled water/other random needs, ATM though 2 in area didn't work on 2nd time we needed them, and a great hand crafts fair/Mela that happened to be in town during our stay.

Personál je neuvěřitelně ochotný a milý, neustále nás zdravili. Pokoj byl obrovský a dokonale čistý, snídaně úžasná. Bazén je velký a čistý, pára také. Hotel s bazénem jsme vybrali právě kvůli častým dešťům, abychom mohli alespoň plavat, kdyby celý náš pobyt v Kalkatě pršelo. Hotel se nachází jen kousek od metra. :)
