Location is perfect, everything is close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and spa were excellent. I spent my birthday in Florence and they added a nice surprise birthday treat. I highly recommend this place for the great facilities and exceptional service.

Place is amazing, tranquility and relaxation combined with spa and golf. Also, so many nice restaurants nearby with incredible food (N7 steak house in the World or a 2 star restaurant just in 10 minutes drive). Can only very much recommend, you will enjoy!

I liked the fact the room was clean. We have asked for a cot, as we travelled with our child. The breakfast was delicious, with great variety of food. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and very accomodating. We have travelled a lot and stayed in different hotels around Europe and i can say that the staff in Palazzo Castri was class. Fairplay to the management for this!

The staff were attentive. And there were many small little things the staff did for us. Like put goodnight chocolate in our room every night. The welcome drink was great. The refilling of the mini bar was awesome.
