The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. A beautiful hotel with spectacular views. Lovely historical spaces imaginatively decorated. The rooms are fresh and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. It was such a pleasure to see the pride they had in their food and services. The food was delicious and the breakfast generous.

Don’t make the mistake of not staying here!

Cleanliness is a given with spotless bathrooms and kitchen. Location couldn't be more central with major sights, restaurants and supermarkets a few steps away. Highly recommended!

The hosts were incredibly gracious and attentive, offering fantastic local recommendations and making sure every part of our stay was perfect.
