On our trip this was our favorite place where we stayed. The room design was great and functional; there were enough places to pack things and they were at the right locations. Their restaurant and their dinner is great, a little bit expensive but very high quality and creative foods. Breakfast was also great. And the staff was nice and responsive to our requests like having a second blanket, etc.

Excellent location, especially for those visiting the Biennale. Smooth connection to/from airport on the Alilaguna bus, which stops literally at the doorstep of the hotel. Beautifully designed rooms, comfortable and spacious - especially for Venice standards, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Everything from the staff to the food , room and overall facilities was perfect. It was our last stop and it really made the trip even more memorable. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast catered for everyone and there was always sufficient food available. The spa was also quite a treat and the lady Maria was super helpful.
