This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at - from the hospitable welcome, the myriad of amenities (free welcome hot bev, udon noodles post-onsen, incredible rooftop onsen with great views, free ice cream and Yakult post-bath), cute and clean rooms, the ease of doing laundry within the women's locker change rooms etc. The buffet breakfast was super delicious and we just really enjoyed our time and experience here we wanted to stay in the whole time. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're in Matsumoto.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Loved everything! Staff are absolutely wonderful, this is one of the best places I have stayed. Ofcourse the view from the balcony in the room is amazing, with space to sit and relax. The public onsen and private rooftop onsen are wonderful watching the sunset with a view to Fuji. Don’t miss out on breakfast! Pick up from the train station and shuttle to town also worked really smoothly, just ask the helpful staff as we were able to arrive early to drop our bags off. The hotel lounge area is also very interesting and enjoyable, lots of art, books, relaxing and comfortable. Will always remember our stay here and recommend. Thankyou!

After thousands of steps in Tokyo and Osaka for 6 days, I had full body pain -_- .. visiting the resort was so relaxing and all pain goes away ^_^ .. I enjoyed the view, environment and place was equipped with everything I needed.

Cleanliness, comfortable, their staff, I enjoyed everything here. Two bed side gadgets, the B&O blue speaker sounds excellent at night. Their food isn’t cheap but worth every penny.

The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. Το Pearl Star Hotel ATAMI προσφέρει καταλύματα 5 αστέρων μπροστά στη θάλασσα σε Atami. Προσφέρει αίθουσα γυμναστικής, βεράντα και μπαρ. Really nice hotel, having an open onsen was great! Room is comfortable and the free drive back to the station to avoid the climb with the suitcases was very helpful. Will be looking to come again.
