This is THE best place in Yufuin. It was really easy to check in. Yes it's a bit further away from the city centre which makes it a bit more difficult to get to if you don't have a car (you can walk it or take a taxi up there) but it has the most epic view of the mountain. There are two onsens that everyone at the hotel can use, but they are effectively private as once you are in them you lock the door and you can have them to yourselves. The water is fantastic. Refreshing and makes you feel very relaxed. I would stay here at the drop of a hat again. Also make sure you walk up to Oogosha shrine (only 5 mins away) where you can get the experience of visiting a HUGE cedar tree temple and a bamboo forest that is 10x better than Arashiyama.

The Lounge on 24th floor was 7 star service. The staff were phenomenal and took special attention of us and were so generous to our kids. They received special gifts upon arrival. Not a single moment of discomfort and all our needs were immediately attended to from food, beverages, taxi booking, room service.

Sheraton Kagoshima se nachází v destinaci Kagošima a má fitness centrum, zahradu, terasu a bar. The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

So convenient close to station but quiet. Lovely gym with ample equipment and weights. Spa was perfect. Room spacious bathroom lovely.

SEKIYA RESORT Galleria Midobaru se nachází v destinaci Beppu a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a barem. Stadion Oita Bank Dome je 25 km daleko. This boutique hotel was a gift. Yes it's gorgeous, perched on the side of the mountain with stunning views and luxury accom like having your own onsen but it was the staff who really made it outstanding....Maria, Tui and everyone else were incredibly responsive and helpful...not only when due to train changes, we were 2 hours late arriving (the kitchen staff held our dinner) but also when we left a phone with our JR passes in the taxi. (which we were able to recover!!!)

Excellent hotel with all aspects . Modern decoration. Large room, great view. very good restaurants. Breakfast is reach and fresh. Great onsen. Team very helpful and friendly.

Ryokan Fukinoya is an exceptionally wonderful place to stay. The staff members were very gracious, the meals were amazing, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We loved our private onsen. We can't rave enough about Ryokan Fukinoya, definitely a highlight of our trip!
