My stay at the UH Continental Centerpoint Hotel in Busan exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, the location was unbeatable. With easy access to major attractions and public transportation, it made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Popular spots like Busan Station and Haeundae Beach were just a short ride away, which helped maximize our time exploring. The room itself was stylish and spotless, making a great impression from the moment I walked in. The bed was soft and clean, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and I was especially impressed by the in-room jacuzzi — a luxurious touch that added to the overall experience. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always greeting us with a smile and responding quickly to any requests. Their service made the stay not only comfortable but genuinely enjoyable.

The location which was approximately 10O meters from the train station exit 6. Jalgachi market is literally a stone throw away from the hotel and about 15 mins walk from BIFF square. Room is a decent size and there’s an individual air conditioning which works too during the winter which to me, is a plus point as often, the room can be too stuffy with central heating system which can’t be controlled. Toiletries like razor, disposable toothbrush and ladies skincare are provided 😊 apart from the usual shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The view from the terrace overlooking Haeundae Beach was breathtaking. - Best location in Busan, right on Haeundae Beach, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. - The concierge team was excellent. They quickly arranged tickets for the Sky Capsule train, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. - Thoughtful honeymoon touches, as we were welcomed with chocolates, wine, and a lovely handwritten card. A truly memorable experience. - The infinity pool was fantastic, with hot water and an incredible view, it was the perfect place to relax.

It is nearby 5 start hotels, blue line park and Haeundae beach. Parking is sufficient. Washing machine has been helpful for staying 3+ nights. All types of detergent soaps are provided. Occupying a prime location in Busan, the luxurious Lotte Hotel Busan is just a 5 minutes' walk from Seomyeon Subway Station (Busan Line 1 and 2). Beds and pillows are so comfortable and gave me proper rest after a long day. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is top notch!
