During our 2 week trip to South Korea we stayed at 4 different hotels and this hotel had the most awesome service. Very customer oriented.They spoke good English which made a huge difference. They gave us tips on where and what to eat and helped us get around. The hotel’s location was great- close to the metro station and lots of restaurants and shops. We had a room with a nice view of the water and fishing boats.

This hotel is stunning. The views were amazing. The gym was great and well appointed. Very modern rooms with the 5 star features you would expect, like good automation of lighting and blinds, plenty of tv channels, spacious bathroom.

UH Continental CenterPoint se nachází u moře v destinaci Pusan. Pláž Haeundae se nachází 200 metrů daleko a Haeundae stanice metra 1 km. Extremely comfortable room in a very great location, very close to the main points of haeundae. The rooms were very clean and organised, the staff was very helpful, and the restaurant service was exceptional.

Occupying a prime location in Busan, the luxurious Lotte Hotel Busan is just a 5 minutes' walk from Seomyeon Subway Station (Busan Line 1 and 2). Wonderful comfortable rooms, despite height and size of the hotel, the elevators were organized by floors, so that it was always easy and comfortable. The view from de room was amazing! Breakfast is an experience in itself and we enjoyed the wonderful outdoor pools, so beautiful and relaxing. Perfect location! We really loved this hotel.

The hotel is quite far from most of the usual sights in Busan, but if you're looking for a restful and luxurious escape then this is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat on site (and there's a lengthy-but-fine walk to the local mall where there are many more options and things to do). All of the food was delicious and extremely high quality, and the breakfasts were fantastic. The resort site itself is stunning - gorgeous views and wonderful facilities. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, Water House and saunas were all superb. Best of all, our room (the Ocean Suite) was absolutely incredible - extremely comfortable, roomy, and a delight to be in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back.
