We had an excellent experience here with my wife visiting Busan while on our honeymoon. The room was one of the best vibiest ones we have stayed in! Extremely clean, so many amenities, ipad inside for orders, even smelled amazing! The location is perfect, right next to the beach, has anything you need nearby. This gem is also between some of the tallest buildings in Korea which was a very interesting contrast. Staff was excellent. Always extremely helpful, and if we needed anything they would resolve in no time! There was also a happy our for Jack Daniels drinks (not pure whiskey but something like a highball) between 21:00 and 23:00 which was nice. Right in time for the spa bath actually. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay here again!

David and another guy at the counter were exceptional during our stay. David showed us the attraction places and helped us plan our tour. Unfortunately, we fell sick and they found us a nearby doctor. Great job!!!

They quickly arranged tickets for the Sky Capsule train, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. - Thoughtful honeymoon touches, as we were welcomed with chocolates, wine, and a lovely handwritten card. A truly memorable experience. - The infinity pool was fantastic, with hot water and an incredible view, it was the perfect place to relax.

Occupying a prime location in Busan, the luxurious Lotte Hotel Busan is just a 5 minutes' walk from Seomyeon Subway Station (Busan Line 1 and 2). Beds and pillows are so comfortable and gave me proper rest after a long day. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is top notch!
