It is an amazing experience staying in a riad. The breakfast was a bounty and the staff were accommodating. The riad helped with coordinating a taxi from the train station for a fee.

By far, the entire staff, especially Amin and Hayat, were extremely professional and helpful! This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!

After a long road trip through the desert, we received an incredibly warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone at the riad was genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. We were immediately taken by the beautiful interior; stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the low price, especially considering the high-end facilities, which I haven’t seen in any other riad before: a jacuzzi, a modern private hammam, and a small pool. The owner was very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and honest, trustworthy sellers of rugs and pottery. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this riad to everyone, and I’d love to return next time I’m in Fes.

The patio pool and cozy lounges create the ideal atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. With fantastic staff and warm hospitality, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone with a clear conscience.

The hosts and the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing but our highlight was chatting with the hosts for hours. Thank you Khalid, Ayoub & Mohammed for your hospitality and patience! On the last day even after check out they offered us the rooms to take a nap/shower before parting to Rabat.
