We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Ahmed 🌟, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us plan our itinerary, and recommend the best local food and attractions. His exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations! In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes! We will definitely return in the future!

The staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful! They printed our tickets for the train and organised taxi transfers. Takeaway breakfast boxes were so nice for our early check out too. Would definitely come back!

The staff is available at all times. We booked a tour to the desert, a tour to Chefchaouen, and a tour with a tour guide in Fez who told us all its secrets. The experience was amazing, to say the least.

Το Riad Louna Fes & Spa έχει εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα, στον προορισμό Φεζ. The garden with the pool is amazing. A quiet place to enjoy the Medina of Fès. Wonderful position, the staff is really kind and helpful. I loved the terrace and our room was big and comfortable with direct access to it. Breakfast was excellent! Super recommended!

The riad is in the middle of the medina so perfect to walk around. Good breakfast and confortable and big room. Thak you Elena!

We had a fantastic time at Riad Dar Timrad. After a long road trip through the desert, we received an incredibly warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone at the riad was genuinely kind and made us feel right at home. We were immediately taken by the beautiful interior; stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the low price, especially considering the high-end facilities, which I haven’t seen in any other riad before: a jacuzzi, a modern private hammam, and a small pool. The owner was very helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and honest, trustworthy sellers of rugs and pottery. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this riad to everyone, and I’d love to return next time I’m in Fes.
