Wonderful staff. Super cocktails (prices / descriptions of each and of wine would be appreciated- a menu list ). Fantastic bday cake - thank you! And for our breakfast on departure with takeaways pancakes. V kind. Loved the fish & buffet salads etc And the Dune Canyon bonfire, guitar & songs. Spectacular Amazing atmosphere. Brilliant ION kitesurfing club & pool. Pls could steam room not be an extra cost - to warm up sailing after kiting. More activities needed eg bikes/ Stand up Paddleboarding (free, pls!) , boules, paddle tennis etc for down days (low wind). Excellent music/ vibe/ rooms/ transfers/ rooms/ design/ yoga lessons etc 🙏🏼 Fantastic staff Moncef - brilliant kitesurf instructor (fluent English-Arabic, eternally patient, positive and safe) Ismail - v gd instructir Hmmami - safety boat/ taught foiling well Outtman - on safety boat Hamza - on beach duty Hamid - waterfront manager Saida - reception Meryem - yoga instructor Sonatas - always a smile, a helping hand, just wonderful - and even a bday chocolate cake & takeaway Nutella crepes for travel day. The place was incredibly calm and relaxing — perfect for unwinding. They offered lovely activities like yoga and tea tasting, which added so much to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented every time. The staff were genuinely the nicest people; they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Zineb for her kindness and warmth, and to the entire team for their hospitality. The massage was also amazing — deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

We found the staff here truly helpful and friendly! And we even got to meet the owner, who was so welcoming and seems to truly have a vision about welcoming people to her hotel and to Dakhla. The kindness of the staff really helped us to relax and enjoy our stay. The view from the rooms with the balconies is so lovely as well! The breakfast was lovely- a wide array of fresh made pastries, fresh egg options, great coffee. Also, the staff was so friendly and very proactive in taking care of our needs!

Especially the staff is very helpful (they helped us with delayed luggage, transfers and tours) and always trying to make your stay pleasant.
