We loved absolutely everything. The room, the cave pool, the staff, the food, everything was amazing. The breakfast is very good and included. This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

This hotel is AMAZING 🤩 I loved everything. The room was stunning with a double shower 🚿 facing the patio full of plants 🌱 felt really exotic. The breakfast was delicious. Alan was very welcoming and kind; he did our check-in. But the restaurant staff, gardeners, cleaning ladies, everyone was great and provided excellent guest experience.

The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.

This 18th century hacienda has been converted into a small luxury hotel with outdoor swimming pool and spa. It is just 2 minutes’ drive from Mexican Federal Highway 281. Literally everything was outstanding: the staff (super responsive via WhatsApp, before, during, and after our stay), the place itself with spotless clean and spacious rooms in the middle of this tropical paradise of a hacienda, to the food, and the excellent location if you want to visit Uxmal, Chizen Itza, and Merida. The hotel will also organize local travel and sightseeing trips for you if you want. If you are in Yucatan, this is THE place to stay at.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The hotel is very close to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site and the Tren Maya station. The hotel offers a free transport service to and from the train station and round trip transport to the archeological site for 100 MXN. The hotel restaurant offers good food at a very reasonable price. The room was very well designed and extremely clean. The room service, the pool and cocktails were all great. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for any visit to Chichén Itzá.
