Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Excellent is the word that comes to my mind when describing this hotel. I arrived super early, and the room was already available. The room is exactly as described, and pictures are very accurate. Staff is kind. The entire hotel has a very exquisite feeling. Very well located. On a less positive feedback (but still, minor things that are my preference, not affecting at all the great stay I had): the pillows and mattress were too soft; the breakfast, still plenty of choices and variety, was the weakest point as I expected a more luxurious offer. Anyway, the food selection is good.

Enjoying direct access to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers, the luxurious Traders Hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals from 2 in-house dining options. The receiption department is working extremely professional, they have internal communication pretty well. The tasks during check-in time was all set and ready during checkout process. This service is hard to find in any hotel nowadays. Also my special thanks for Mr. Nazeer that he sent a small cake for my birthday present. It was kind of a joke that i mentioned about it and he really did what he said. Huge thanks for him.

Sunway Resort Hotel se nachází v Kuala Lumpur v regionu Selangor a nabízí fitness centrum. Evolve Concept Mall se nachází 8,4 km daleko a Mid Valley Megamall 13 km. This was our second stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

The building has amazing facilities — a beautiful swimming pool on the 35th floor where you can relax and enjoy the stunning city view, and a fully equipped gym on the 36th floor that’s perfect for daily workouts. Everything was clean, modern, and very well maintained. What made my experience even better was the staff — they were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They treated me with great respect and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent amenities! 👍😊

Value for money. I like that it is a studio type with balcony. There is also microwave, washing machine, fridge and stove. Comfortable also.
