We originally booked a Garden Villa but were upgraded to a Sea Villa – and what a magical experience it was! Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying breathtaking views every day felt like a dream. The service was absolutely world-class. The staff went above and beyond to meet every guest’s needs, always anticipating what we might need next. It felt like room service had a sixth sense – every time we left the room, it was cleaned and refreshed almost immediately. There was always someone available 24/7 to answer any questions with a smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent – large, varied, and delicious, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything in one go! We also did the jungle walk, which was very interesting and informative. Do keep in mind that the trail can be steep and there are quite a few mosquitoes (bring good shoes and repellent!), but that’s what you’d expect from a real jungle adventure. As a special treat, we booked the Omakase dinner one evening, and it was the perfect way to end an already incredible stay – an absolute highlight. Yes, the resort is on the pricier side, but you really get what you pay for. The level of service, the stunning location, the comfortable rooms, and the unforgettable experiences make it all more than worth it. Highly recommended – we would come back in a heartbeat!
