Fell and hurt my elbow in the lobby and they took great care of me, even later sent flowers and fruit basket with a card to my room. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!
