My stay at The RuMa Hotel & Residences was absolutely outstanding — everything was top-notch, from the service to the quality and attention to detail. The breakfast was a real highlight: incredibly diverse, delicious, and with a fantastic selection of fresh fruits. A lovely extra touch was the complimentary minibar, which was regularly restocked with drinks and juices — such a nice surprise! Housekeeping was flawless, and I really appreciated the small, thoughtful touches in the room like tasty candies and cookies for tea or coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft that I had to force myself to get up in the morning! The pool area with its stylish terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the massage I had at the spa was simply excellent — deeply soothing and professionally done. The staff deserve special praise — attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming. Truly a five-star experience in every sense. I would return without hesitation!

We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!
