Wonderful areas close by to explore, cooler mountain villages only an hour away. Property had everything you could need for a long or short stay. Really comfortable and spacious, we felt there was nothing missing in this apartment. Communication with host was brilliant and host provided a great list of information about the local area prior to our arrival.

We had a really good time. They had different restaurant options and drink options. The restaurants served very good food. Everyday someone would come and clean our room and provide fresh towels, restock the refrigerator, etc. I brought one of my own blankets with photos of me and my spouse, and each day they found a new way to fold it with our picture showing, place it on the bed on top of the comforter spread out, etc. I thought that was sweet. They had nightly entertainment, which was AMAZING. The pool areas were always nice and clean. When you walk down to the beach, there is several locals that offer Horseback rides. Most people complain about them, but if you take the time to just talk to them, they have incredible stories. They, just like everyone else, are trying to make a living. We met Julio Jose who owns many of the horses and provides rides. He was super sweet! The horses look skinny, but they are actually well taken care of. They make sure the horses stay near the water on the cooler sand and while they take you on your ride, they are very knowledgeable about the scenery and landmarks. Give them a chance! ScubaCaribe is right on the beach where you can paddle board, kayak, or snorkel for free. They also offer paid activities such as jet skis on the ocean. That was one of the highlights of our trip! Super fun and convenient. We chose the guided tour of Farallon Island on the jet skis.
