We had a great stay at the Wine & Books Porto Hotel. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with contemporary décor, and we were warmly welcomed with cocktails upon arrival, which was such a nice touch. Our deluxe room was incredibly spacious! The shower was huge and very comfortable, and the bed was equally large and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The food was both generous and tasty, and the staff was kind and welcoming.

Staff at the 24-hour front desk speak English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. Location was excellent, in walking distance to everything. Staff were super friendly. Fab shower and bed was unbelievably comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Well located in Porto, PortoBay Flores provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. Ideally located in the União de Freguesias do Centro district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hammam. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna and room service. This is a beautifully restored building in an excellent location. Hotel has a small gym, pool sauna and steam room. We didn’t use these facilities but they are there if you want them. There is a nice lounge/ bar area beside the reception desk. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, excellent variety and quality and everything delicious. In addition to the buffet there is a menu of different egg dishes, pancakes and waffles made to order. The breakfast is served in the Bistro, which is the hotel’s restaurant in the evening and is a series of 3 adjoining rooms, 1 with the buffet and the other 2 with seating. It was a very pleasant area to enjoy a superb breakfast. Our room was very nice and had a beautiful large walkout patio, which unfortunately we didn’t use due to the inclement rainy weather.
