Staff are incredibly nice and kind, breakfast is very good, everything is sparkling clean and bed was extremely comfortbale. Definitely a place to go back to!

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city "Lake" . The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The Suites are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the breathtaking views from the Suite added an extra touch of luxury. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to indulge in a top-notch urban retreat.

The hotel is a spacious riad located inside the Medina. Very beautiful and new (in contrast to other hotels we saw sight seeing). The room is excellent, w/ a big bedroom and living room, with a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Fruits and nuts were awaiting for us upon arrival. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great, and local food is amazing. We loved it. A fine restaurant (maybe the best in Tunis) is just across the street. The hotel is located at 5/10 minute walking from several places to visit within the Medina, including several mosques and surks.

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The staff are professional and exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The location is excellent for exploring the city and it is not far from the airport either. Overall, a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond, the type of support you don’t always have anywhere else’s.
