This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. Hotel Carthage Thalasso je luxusní lázeňský rezort pouhých 15 minut od Tunisu. Nabízí přímý přístup na krásnou písečnou pláž, tobogány a plně vybavené business centrum. Marvelous resort that far exceeded my expectations. The building is quite large and the decor is wonderful. The cleanliness of the room and other areas was always impeccable. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was already cooled by the air conditioning. The room is enormous, has a fridge, balcony, closets, and a very nice bathroom. The toiletries smell wonderful. The pool is incredible. It has an exit to the sea, which makes for a nice walk along the coast. The breakfast is simply fabulous, with a huge variety of hot dishes, local foods, and more traditional options. All the staff were attentive, including the security personnel. The receptionists speak English and are very friendly. A special mention goes to Mrs. Hela, who was always extremely attentive and helpful. A tip: if you have any questions or requests, just ask at the reception desk. For example, pool towels are free; you just need to leave a deposit. All my questions were answered promptly. I didn't experience anything that affected my stay. I would certainly stay there again. Highly recommended!
