He was very helpful, friendly and nice. He can to pick us up at 6am from DongHoi then took us to the stay. We had a nice breakfast, and already could check in to our room. Afterwards, he drove us to the Paradise Cave and to the Botanical garden - everything was arranged in the way we planned. He also helped to book our bus next day to Hue. Room was big and clean. I highly recommend this stay 😊

This is one of the most genuine recommendations I have made. Don't hesitate to book a stay at Phong Nha Farmstay, it really is a gem of a place with comfortable fascilities, a fantastic vibe and great staff. Just the perfect base to both kick off after busy days of travelling and to explore Phong Nha. It might cost a bit more than other places in the region, but it's worth every VND. I ended up staying 3 nights and spent one of those days solely at the farmstay, just enjoying the pool + restaurant and a recommended 5km cycle tour in the valley. The last day I booked one of their easyriders for a tour to Paradise cave and the botanical garden. Can highly recommend! Also, make sure to join the morning walk in the village - it was such a good introduction to the area. My room was even nicer than the pictures (even though I apparently had the smallest room, not the suite as first booked). There are different themes available for dinner every night in addition to the excellent a la carte.

The room was clean, bedsheets and linens were also clean, staff was nice and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to be able to take a shower after the tour and before night transportation, although there was some confusion with the shower at first, but then it got resolved.

Thuong Hai Hotel v destinaci Phong Nha poskytuje ubytování s terasou, barem a wellness centrem. Overall the stay was really good in this hotel. Breakfast was OK, average quality and quantity. The room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. We rented a motorbike with them and it was very good mean of transport to visit the national park and caves. Their view from the rooftop was amazing.
