The room was nice, clean, and warm. I was glad that the room was nicely warm as the weather was cold outside and I just had dinner in another nearby hotel with my colleague (who chose to stay there), and that place was super cold, so it was definitely nice to arrive to a warm hotel room. I also appreciated that it was equipped with an iron and ironing board. I must say, that every single staff member was exceptional!!! I don't recall having such a good experience with staff ever. I was missing a converter from the EU to the UK plug and everyone did their best efforts to help me out. THANK YOU! Small things like this matter!

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and very good standard. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and various. The location is fantastic, close to cafes and restaurants with view on the Thames.

Situation of hotel was relaxing, staff were very helpful, and the food was tasty and presented well, really enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend it. Certainly stay again when in the area.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable, amazing and friendly staff. Delicious dinner. The hotel is close to Thorpe Park, bus stop is near by. I love this place and look forward to come back soon.
