Located in the Al Nakheel area by the creek, Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah offers modern accommodations with free WiFi, a rooftop pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Awesome, had really good service: the nepali receptionnist was really friendly and nice, I forgot his name tho. Big TV and fantastic room service. I stayed only one night but will stay longer next time I travel to RAK.

The staffs service was exceptional specially the beginning of the front office Jamie till the room service given by Peter was really good. They was so good and fulfilled the stay with giving a amazing room. The room was really well cleaned and everything was perfect setup. I wanted thank Peter for the best service given through him. The company should be proud of having good staffs.

Room - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : new furniture, size just nice for 2 person, toilet have a bit weird smells. 😷🤧🤢 I was using candle to make my room smells good all the time. 2. Hotel Cleanliness - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : The hotel common area like corridor, guest waiting area, lift and restaurant area clean and tidy. Just sometimes when I pass by some room I can smell someone is smoking and makes the area and corridor smells bad. 😷🤧🤢 3. Breakfast - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : Nice and good options. The staff is helpful and area are always clean and tidy. I love their KARAK chai sooo gooodddd❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼 4. Staff - 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : All their staff are friendly and always with genuine smiles. Abdul the house keeper is fast and help me change my water boiler because it was broken and not working. I asked for prayer mat and he gave me in an instant. Thank you Abdul. ❤️👍🏼👍🏼

I was shocked that the toiletries are complete. Thumbs up to that. The pool is decent with the large sitting area.The reception personnel was courteous, high five to the receptionist at night who generously let me borrow a charger.

The hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay. The room was very clean and well-prepared, with all the necessary shower amenities. The bedsheets were fresh and tidy, ensuring a comfortable rest. The pool is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds, towels, tables, and chairs available. The location is convenient if you’re driving, as there’s an Alco supermarket just 50 meters away offering a wide selection of drinks — a nice bonus for us. However, The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.
