Hotel Millennium in Locarno is located right on the banks of Lake Maggiore, near the harbour and only a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the train station. Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.... Staff is very nice. Breakfast is very very nice. Room is very lovely, have a nice view with terrace.

Smart-HOTEL MINUSIO, a Swiss Quality Hotel stojí uprostřed zahrady s vyhřívaným venkovním bazénem, 2 minuty jízdy od centra Locarna a jezera Maggiore. Good facilities and practical location. The area was calm and quiet and moving around with the Ticino ticket was very easy and convenient (bus stop right around the corner). Good base for exploring Ticino, we did a lot of different trips during our stay (easy start by hopping on a bus right in from of the hotel). Short walk down to the waterfront with some restaurants, couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes by foot. Starting the morning with a breakfast in the garden was a nice way to start the day (excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, fresh fruit and local flavours). Friendly and helpful staff. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked but never felt busy or crowded, the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed.

Hotel Dei Fiori se nachází v centru města Ascona, 7 minut chůze od břehu jezera Lago Maggiore, a nabízí pokoje s vlastní koupelnou, bezplatným Wi-Fi, kabelovou TV a minibarem. The hosts were so lovely and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was also very welcome and the breakfast was high quality and lovely as well!

Located super close to Ascona's center, within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially when we had additional requests. The self-service bar at night was a convenient and enjoyable feature.

Then the delicious dinner and breakfast. Staff were generous with their time and effort to make us comfortable. Charme Hotel and Restaurant is a special hide away in a busy but scenic valley on edge of Locarno, Switzerland. Looking forward to returning SOON!

Residenza Motta poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, terasu a bar. Velké náměstí se nachází 300 metrů odtud. Na místě je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi. Great location as base for exploring surrounding area just a short walk to train/bus stations, as well as to grocery store Coop and many restaurants around. quiet with beautiful inner courtyard. There's someone at reception during the day, except weekend. The host was very quick to respond. There's laundry room at the property with a metered washer and dryer which was convenient. Just ask for coins at reception. Note that each coin will operate the washer or dryer for 30 minutes so just use more coins as necessary. Just a note for those coming in summer months, there's no aircon, didn't matter when I was there.

Piccolo Hotel stojí na klidném místě, 8 minut chůze od vlakového nádraží Locarno a centra města. Nabízí pokoje s vlastní koupelnou, částečně s balkonem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Byla jsem naprosto spokojena. Hlavně oceňuji, že hotel se nachází v klidné čtvrti. Personál byl moc milý, snídaně byla skvělá. Rozhodně doporučuji a určitě hotel využiji i v budoucnu.

Hotel Al Fiume se nachází 4 km od Locarna a Ascony, jediného hotelu v oblasti daleko od hlavních silnic a vlakových tratí, který se nachází v klidné zelené zahradě s tropickými rostlinami, přímo na... Very warm and welcoming owners. Good breakfast and nice room with own little terrace. Great location for walks by the river all the way to Ascona.

Hotel Collinetta in Ascona can be found amid a Mediterranean park with palm and lemon trees right above Lake Maggiore and offers you rooms with balcony or terrace. Excellent views from the hotel over lake Marggiore, Food was excellent, Great location to visit the lakes locations and to walk and explore the mountains and Switzerland.
