Located on the shores of the Llanquihue lake, just 100 metres from Del Lago Beach, the hotel offers a hot tub and cosy rooms with lake views. There is an iron-cast fireplace in the living room. The view of the hotel was amazing and the room was very comfortable and clean. Also we travel with our pet and we were able to be with him in every space of the hotel without any complain.

Vicente Costanera offers tasteful décor and is located right in front of Puerto Montt’s main square, which features plenty of souvenir shops and cafes. WiFi is free and superior rooms offer sea views.... We had a standard room with an incredible ocean view. The beds were comfortable, and we were able to maintain the temperature that we like in the room. Free breakfast was a big plus.

This hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the bus station, though the walk involves going uphill. The elevated location offers lovely views from certain rooms and the breakfast area, which is situated on the top floor and features large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The hotel is also just a short walk from the town center, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, a shopping mall, and a cinema. The rooms are reasonably comfortable, but they could use some refurbishment. In my room, I noticed peeling wallpaper, some dampness, and water damage. On the plus side, the main bedroom and bathroom have good windows for ventilation. However, I would have appreciated having a fridge in the room. There is a water dispenser in the reception area, providing both hot and cold water, which is a nice touch. Reception is staffed 24/7, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Situated right on Puerto Chico Beach, facing Llanquihue Lake, Puerto Chico offers contemporary accommodation a 5-minute drive from downtown. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, fresh with suitable options. We loved the location - close enough for a walk to the CBD along the waterfront, but with close by access to a choice of restaurants and shops. We loved being able to watch the ibis and other birds in the trees outside our window!
