Very clean room and hostal in total, friendly and helpful staff.. Good break fast and if you need break fast box its also very Full.. Wifi also was fast.. The location is Perfect near enter and minutes from bus station.. We Have lovely time.. We reccomend this hostal for sure😊

The hotel is amazing and comfortable. Well located, in the city center with good restaurants and stores nearby - taxi available easily. Breakfast was good. The room is very good, very clean. The shower is nice and hot, the beds are comfortable. The staff are really nice (we could let our bags in the hotel while going to Torres del Paine park), especially Vilma - the main point of the hotel. She was very helpful and polite. I recommend and hope to return again.

Morrena Lodge is a family run hotel. Marcella, the owner, and her friend Sarah at the front desk were so welcoming. They are so friendly and down to earth, it was a pleasure to share stories over a glass of wine with them. The hotel is nice, great views in all directions, surrounded by grass lands, forest, the river, and cows and horses. It is 3 minutes to the Torres del Paine park entrance. You can see the Torres from the hotel. In Rio Serrano, you can do horse back riding, kayaking, and there are two restaurants (one of which is at the lodge). We went for walks with the house dog who is very friendly but likes to bark at and chase horses. Good breakfast, good coffee, clean rooms, helpful staff. We liked it and if we get back to Patagonia again, we would stay there again.
