Excellent wifi. On the day of check out, I had to leave before breakfast time and they left me a package with breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer. Very central.

They are so friendly and down to earth, it was a pleasure to share stories over a glass of wine with them. The hotel is nice, great views in all directions, surrounded by grass lands, forest, the river, and cows and horses. It is 3 minutes to the Torres del Paine park entrance. You can see the Torres from the hotel. In Rio Serrano, you can do horse back riding, kayaking, and there are two restaurants (one of which is at the lodge). We went for walks with the house dog who is very friendly but likes to bark at and chase horses. Good breakfast, good coffee, clean rooms, helpful staff. We liked it and if we get back to Patagonia again, we would stay there again.

My family and I stayed here for few days . The breakfast is fantastic. The gentleman who runs the breakfast area is amazing. The staff, even the housekeepers are accommodating. Walkable distance to restaurants, the lake, plaza de armas. Location is perfect. A little far from the bus station but Uber can take you there for a cheap price.
