Hi Ouri Hotel Julia, I was a guest at your hotel from July 30-August 2, 2025, room #103. I am happy with the accommodation even though 1 late afternoon, the lights went out and did not come back until 2 hours later. No worries about that, it’s part of Cape Verde life. It is not the hotel’s fault, I totally understand that, and have no complaints there. Upon checking out on the evening of August 2, I thought I had everything until I realized when I was about to board the flight out, that I forgot a few of my valuable items in the pull-out drawers ! Immediately I tried calling your hotel but to no-avail. The next morning, I get an email from your receptionist Karine notifying me that they have found clothes left in the drawer of my room ! I needed the clothes back and she proceeded to help, from the heart. I just want to thank you Karine for going out of your way to help me get my items back. Karine went to the post office and post-mailed me my items all the way to the USA. I work in customer service myself and I must say, Karine’s customer service is pure 100%. Thanks to her, I am reunited with my valuable items that I thought I lost forever. Karine deserves a raise ! I will definitely be recommending your hotel to any of my friends that will be traveling to Sal soon. Thank you. Mya Dao

Housekeeping daily and professional; The room was large, with a high ceiling, provided a kettle, refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and there were two pillows; Checkin was efficient Wifi works fine Breakfast is generous with fruits, vegetables. Bread, jams. Eggs. Everyone is nice here! Pool is clean. Garden. Enough chairs and tables. Clayton arranged the taxi. Response to messages timely. Highly recommended.

Tříhvězdičkový Hotel MiraBela se nachází v centru města Santa Maria, 100 metrů od pláže. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Všechny pokoje mají balkon. Very good location, close to beach, restaurants and shops, nice room and clean facilities. Great buffet breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The hotel arranged transfers from/to the airport by taxi and we were greeted with a welcome drink when we checked-in after midnight.

The breakfast was served with plenty of fresh fruits, panini press and pancakes! I loved my room and my experience. Tv showed local music and hotel was so pleasant.

Situated 300 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Santa Maria, Porto Antigo Hotel BB welcomes guests with a restaurant and bar. Rooms have a TV. Pobyt zde jsme si užili. Apartmán byl v patře, plné vybavený a čistý! Velká manželská postel, šatní skříň i s trezorem. Kuchyňsky kout s vybavením. Velká lednice i s mrazákem. Terasa s posezením a susakem. V koupelně rucniky i toaletní potřeby. Fén na vyžádání na recepci. Příjemná restaurace hned u vstupu do areálu. V areálu velký bazén se sluneční terasou, kde jsou k dispozici i Lehátka a dvě pláže také s lehátky a slunečníky k dispozici. U bazénu je i sprcha. Areál je hlídaný ochrankou. Areál je útulný, plný barevných květin a palem. More s pozvolným vstupem. Polohu hodnotím velmi dobře. Nedaleko dlouhé hlavni ulice kde jsou restaurace a obchody. Přímo v areálu je možnost půjčit si auto i kolo, případně si zařídit výlety po ostrově. Je zde i malé wellness, ale to jsme nezkoušeli. Určitě bychom se rádi vrátili a místo doporučíme.
