The apartment is in a historical building that is remodeled and has great beds, nice bathroom, super kitchen (which we didn't use to be honest because the restaurants easily within walking are great and there's a nice boulangerie about 100 yards down the street), comfy couch. Parking isn't right at the apartment, but it is close (I estimate about 300 yards) and pretty inexpensive. We loved our stay.

This was our favorite place to stay. Host had a lovely vibe and the property was so interesting and comfortable. We loved that she had a loaf of some delicious bread with rhubarb jam for us and a wonderful well equipped kitchen to cook in. We loved having so much space and two bathrooms. This is a place I would like to stay multiple nights.

You need a car to get there as it is located just outside of Dijon. It is worth getting a car just to see the place: it is essentially a mansion just outside of a now derelict cement factory that they have artfully and tastefully integrated into their property. The grounds are large, dotted with places to lounge, relax and enjoy. The swimming pool (heated!) is worth using, also because it has been built into the remains of the old factory. The entire estate is tastefully done, with no expense spared. It is no surprise that the breakfast is super, too. Deserves the 10-Star rating and well worth a stay there.

One of the best breakfast we ever had. Large bedrooms, great bathroom. Quiet and secluded place. Nice swimming pool.

This property is self catering and had all the kitchen amenities necessary to make meals ourselves. There is also a barbecue and a vegetable garden we could make use of. The pool and garden are lovely and provided a welcome place to relax after a busy day exploring the wide range of sights and attractions the area has to offer.

Et au pied coule une rivière, situation et vue idéales se nachází v destinaci Auxerre. First of all the owner Cedric was a delight, personable, polite and charming. His apartment is a gem, decorated beautifully with taste and style, comfortably appointed with a superbly equipped kitchen . . . the best coffee machine I've ever seen in a vacation home! The view of the waterfront from the primary bedroom and the salon is gorgeous. Parking is convenient, right outside the apartment for a small fee, or free across the river directly accessible by the walking bridge in 3 mins. We will return without a doubt!
