Located in the town centre of Oakham, the The George Inn is 1.5 miles from Rutland Water. The area is popular for sailing, trout fishing, bird watching and cycling. Excellent b/fast for all 3 of us. Well looked after by Paul and the very cheerful gentleman who served b/fast.Just out of interest, to us anyway, is that we had our wedding reception at the George on the 18th May 1963 so has always been a special place.

Lodge are huge. 3 bedrooms, large living room, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony on the lake! cannot believe that we found such a place!

Located just 16 minutes' drive south of Rutland Water Nature Reserve, Redwings Lodge Rutland is nestled in the village of Morcott. Great value no frills excellent. Good linens and adequate breakfast included. Large room with beautiful view.

Jubilee House nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a sdílený lounge. Leicester Railway Station se nachází 32 km odtud a Belgrave Road 32 km. Jubilee House was perfect for our needs, meeting up with family. There was ample accommodation for the 6 of us. We ate in and we also ate at the lovely pub 50 yards away. We needed two car parking spaces, so one of us had to park on the road, which worked out OK. The town itself is lovely, and we also went bike riding and the Aqua Park at Rutland. Highly recommended.
