Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. All in all probably the best place we were in while traveling in Japan. You get yukata to walk around, very peaceful environment in the middle of the mountains, super friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. We had breakfast + dinner combo, which was typical Kaiseki with many different things. Just be prepared - it's A LOT of food (both). We skipped lunch while we stayed there. We tried one of the private onsen which was one of the best we tried. Room had a toilet but no bathroom, so you shower in the public onsen (typical of Ryokan w/ onsen for the unware). There's a Lawson super close, which is handy.

The location was perfect for me - probably more on the entertainment side of the city rather than the business side, although access to transport was very quick and easy so nowhere was out of reach. Close to Chinatown, and a nice walk along the waterfront to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was modern and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good quality, and varied.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is perfectly located, two steps from the beach and right next to a tram stop if you want to get to the center of Kamakura and other train stations. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and you had the possibility to privatise their onsen, which was a great way to wind down after walking all around Kamakura visiting all the sights. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was lovely.

Blissful, serene place. Lovely views of the wooded hills and nothing else. Everything provided - kimono (replaced daily), lined jacket, slippers, toiletries etc. Beautiful large room, comfy beds. The onsens were a first for me. On my last day, in the morning, the whole area was empty. Day 1 just a couple of people, but not in the baths. The onsens are quite warm! Lovely quiet lounge with quiet jazz music and drinks offered (paid). The staff could not have done more and we're so charming.

Hakone Fura se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě ve čtvrti Sengokuhara Onsen v destinaci Hakone. Hakone-Yumoto Station se nachází 13 km daleko, Fuji-Q Highland 43 km a Jezero Kawaguči 45 km. It was amazing, better than we expected. Great food for dinner and breakfast, just perfect taste, serving and service. We really enjoyed our time there. We loved the onsen (you can book a private time slot). The host really cared about us.

The manager is the loveliest host. The onsen is small but absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were large and comfortable. Such good value for money! We arrived early to Hakone and were able store our luggage until check-in. Please keep note of the check in time and respect that it ends earlier than most places. Hakone is a place to explore during the day!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Ryokan environment. Fantastic room with a private hot bath. Lovely classic dinner. The staff was amazing and helpful
