The lounge area is a very comfy space and the aircon unit very effective in that area.
The kitchen is decently well equipped.
There are plans to add a cafe or something along those lines. Currently there are no facilities.

The boat is in a little harbor with small boats giving a relaxing and special caracter to the stay. Superlarket is close by. Our main purpose was visiting 3 golf courses nearby. The owners are very nice and pro-active.
