The only downside is that the local eateries when we visited (early April) close relatively early, though you can stock the fridge etc and you have all the implements you need to cook and eat. Oh yes, I nearly forgot the natural and private hot spring bath - a great bonus!!! A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet and small residential area with a helpful and thoughtful owner.

The environment of the villa was exceptional. Check in process was all online and was easy as we can do it after we enter the house.

Coffee & tea and also a Bluetooth speaker! + The yurt was warm even though we were there during winter.

Location is perfect with super easy access to Nippori station (for both Yamanote line, and Keisei skyliner to Narita airport), as well as Sendagi metro station. plenty of cool resturants, eatiers, and supermarkets within few minutes walking distance. The property is super cute, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the area in which it is located is so laid back, we spent countless hours just roaming around. We will definetly stay here when we are next in Tokyo.
