I stayed at JM Villas Tropical Khem Beach from November 7th to 11th, 2025, and overall it was a great experience. The location in An Thoi, Phú Quốc, is perfect — peaceful, tropical, and just a short distance from beautiful Khem Beach. The area feels private and ideal for a quiet getaway. And everything is nearby lees than 1 km Grocery stores , restaurants, pharmacy etc. The villa itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor area were especially nice — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host Lana was clear and friendly. They provided all the necessary details beforehand, which made arrival easy. The only small downside was that some minor maintenance could be improved (for example, water pressure or Wi-Fi speed depending on the time of day), but nothing that affected the overall comfort. If you’re looking for a peaceful villa stay with great value in Phú Quốc, JM Villas Tropical Khem Beach is definitely worth it. Beachfront restaurants lined the shore. My favorite was Istanbul, with lazy afternoons sipping cocktails at Kaisun. Evenings strolling by the sea felt serene. We spent an entire week here simply soaking it all in.

The property area is quiet, so it’s wonderful to have a good night rest :) Property comes with electric kitchen, fridge, and dining table which can fit 6-8 people with extra chairs provided as well. It is also conveniently located near the airport, and beach is also walking distance. I love how responsive the host was; she was very helpful and friendly, not to mention the guide book prepared for guests which also helped us a lot since this was our first time visiting Phu Quoc. The hosts’s friend who also helped us during our stay was also lovely and helpful! Overall, this place is definitely worth to try!
