Plenty to do and see within walking distance of the city centre, but great public transport means it's easy to venture a bit further afield. Too many museums for us to visit in the time we were there! Lots of great artwork which we weren't expecting. Fabulous coffee shops.

Main reason for Trip was to celebrate the birthday of a Beatles fan. Everything met with her expectations and more. Also the history and culture of the city was enlightening. Thoroughly enjoyed St George's hall tour and Walker museum.
Lots we didn't get round to e.g cathedrals, China town.
We ate in tiger rock across from hard days night hotel,on two occasions and had a lovely al fresco lunch at Bacaro, they both do the small bowl/plates selections which are excellent. We would order a selection of plates and shared

Hotel is lovely .
Hotel is lovely . You can see that it was once a very regal place and is slightly dated but for me that added the history of the hotel and its features . Loved it . The bed was lovely and no surrounding noises . Great location from the train station and as always as this is my second visit , the staff were lovely ( again )

The best City I've visited in U.K. So much to see and do.
The best City I've visited in U.K. So much to see and do. The Western approaches WWII Museum, is a must visit. A couple of hours learning about Luftwaffes bombing targets of Liverpool, The operations room, The Admirals office, the Wrens area and Churchill's bath.
Visit the world famous Royal Liver building and take the guided tower tour, the panoramic view across the City, 360degree views are amazing.
A great palce for a meal..."Bon Pan Asian Restaurant", Clayton Square, great value for money. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Anyone visiting Liverpool must visit "Mathew Street", The Cavern, Erics, and The Grapes. The people of Liverpool are friendly and welcoming.
The location was the main reason I booked this hotel; it is ideally placed for sightseeing, being near Albert Docks, the Pier Head etc. Walking to both cathedrals, the Walker Gallery etc. was easy but for those who find walking difficult the Metro station is underneath the hotel with trains that go to Liverpool Lime Street and also underneath the Mersey to the Wirral and Chester! Liverpool One shopping centre and restaurants are also nearby.
Our room was large and there was an ironing board and iron (not that I needed them).
First of all i would like to say thanks very much to all the staffs working at the reception. They are all very high educated people. Very friendly.very helpful. They made me very welcome. I really recommend this place (Albert Court) as it's right in the heart of Liverpool city centre.. the room i stayed in was very tidy and ver clean to high standards. Again i was really pleased by staying at this great place. Definitely i would stay at ( Albert Court ) if i need to . 5 stars to all the receptionists .
Having to travel all over the North of England for work, this is by far my favourite hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and more than happy to assist with any queries. The hotel is presented beautifully in an industrial chic design to reflect its history, presumably as an old tobacco mill or similar. The rooms are absolutely enormous with ample facilities and a superb level of comfort & cleanliness. Will absolutely return as and when opportunity arises.
Firstly I would like to mention the staff at breakfast, we have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in England where the staff were so friendly and attentive. We honestly felt like family.
Now the breakfast.. I'm not a lover of full English but decided to try it out and so glad I did!! It was fresh, tasty, absolutely perfect. I did say I wouldn’t have it again the next morning but couldn’t resist it when I saw all the other guests eating. The best full English in Liverpool and afar!!
The room was nice and clean and ready for the three of us, with the sofa bed pulled out and bedded upon arrival. The room was quite spacious with enough room for all our suitcases, even with the bed pulled out. The bathroom and shower were very comfortable.
The hotel has an excellent location for exploring the Albert Dock and a variety of museums. It's not too far to the city centre and Bold Street with its many restaurants either.
The location and the historical architecture of the original building which in the best location in the city for seeing the liver building and water ways around the Liverpool docks. The history in relation the most famous floating hotel and all the memorabilia relating to final journey with regard to the Titannic. The day/night staff were very polite and supportive to your every need

This Hotel has so many plus points: It had very reasonable room rates, Free car parking, is situated on the Dockside a relatively short walk to Liverpool City Centre without hills to traverse. The Hotel was immaculately clean and our beds comfortable. The staff were uniformly friendly and the cooked breakfasts excellent as was the service at the Bar. In our opinion, it deserved to be rated with 5 star hotels.
Location great walking distance to city centre and Albert docks. Free parking, very clean, great location. Excellent value for money. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Liverpool has so much to offer in a city great, must do for any Beatle or football fan. Mersey ferry and liver building tours are a must do. City art amazing. Albert dock and Matthew street stunning.
Room was great has everything we needed and at a great price the ladies at checkin where lovely couldn't do enough for us and gave us all the information we needed they moved us to a lower room last minute as one of party struggled with stairs which was great wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we need hotel in Liverpool
The room was small but comfortable we only did a short stay, Easy walk to the Albert Dock and Liverpool city centre. Breakfast was very good self service but food was hot and staff were excellent. Definitely recommend and we will go back to staynext time we are in Liverpool.
The hotel is in a great location to access Liverpool city centre. It's near the docks, Beatles Museum, Maritime Museum and others, while only a short walk to the central shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and the room was lovely and clean and quiet.
I stayed at this Radison Blu Hotel in Liverpool for one night. The room was very large with a large double bed. The room was very clean and the location close to all ammenties and city centre, including the Albert Docks. Free wi-fi too, which was very fast and really good.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and ran the hotel efficiently. Resulting in a relaxing enjoyable stay. The food was very good with an excellent choice and plentiful, the parking on site was very good and good value for a city centre.
Pleasant hotel with friendly staff just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre. Very handy for the docks, arena and L1.
Dry, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast available in restaurant.
In an excellent location - just across the road from the Arena and Docks and a short walk to main shopping area and city centre. The hotel was decorated for Eurovision which I liked!
