Just 2.5 km from London International Airport, this pet-friendly hotel features free Wi-Fi internet access and a full breakfast. The staff was excellent, and went above and beyond. I had just arrived in Canada moving from Brazil and they were able to help us with everything we have asked them. There wasn't a single request that wasn't met. Great service. Super recommended. Also, the room was comfortable and clean.

When the booking site was failing my host was kind enough to call and walk me through the guesthouse and how to manage my stay, as someone with an intellectual disability this was an amazing experience i will be booking with them again if I need to stay in London. Thank you for making my experience as a Bride's assistant super easy when away from the wedding 10/10
