We were really looked after by the hosts who had to stay up after midnight to let us in (after a delayed flight). They left some lovely food for us and were very friendly. My daughter and I travelled from Canada 🇨🇦 to get here so it was a very long day. We walked from the airport at midnight to the property and it was easy to find. The property was very secure and communication with the owner was excellent. The room itself was super clean and renovated. private bathroom was spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.

All rooms at Hotel Amenal include free Wi-Fi access. It is located just 5 km from Santiago de Compostela Airport, on the French Route of the St. James’s Way. I requested a 4:00am shuttle to airport which was free, the host was very accommodating, & went to great lengths to alleviate my fear of missing my flight. The driver turned up, on time 4am. Pleasant drive to airport on time.

Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best
