Very Clean and comfortable! Luis at the front desk got us into a room quickly. Had a reservation and already paid for a room at another hotel. When that hotel didn't have a room ready 4 hours after promised one, we left. So thankful Luis was so kind and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze too!!

The airport shuttle was readily available. I called the hotel while I was at the baggage claim and when we got out, the shuttle was already there waiting. The hotel's location is very close to the airport and you'll see the city tram station just across the hotel. It was convenient and easy to get to the mall from the station. Breakfast was served with a choice of Ala Carte or buffet. At night when it was too late to go out to eat, we stayed in the bar and we ordered food. The bartender (Stephanie) was very friendly and very caring. She was so attentive and made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal and conversation with her. The room was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I love this hotel!

This Extended Stay America - Phoenix - Airport is located in Phoenix and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen. It was very comfortable except I know it's hot in az but the ac works bomb so blankets can be used not that big a deal tho
