Apartments and rooms at the Tipico have elegant décor, a private bathroom, and stone walls and floors. Most are housed in traditional Apulian Trulli houses, while others are in stone buildings. Everything. we were lucky to get an upgrade. The Tipico staff was very friendly, the location of the property, the beautiful terrace.

It situates on a high floor and the view is so amazing facing to the main port. It was newly furnished with everything you could ask for. The bed was excellent, nice shower with all kind of amenities (shower, slippers, soap, etc..) like in a 5* hotel. The kitchen is a full kitchen. Giuseppe, the host was very kind and responsive. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Very good contact with the owner, great location, very clean place. I have been to several places in Bari already and this is my #1.

The place is not far from the old town, about 15-20 walk and the bus/train station - Bari Centrale is even closer from where you can visit Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Lecce, Matera. The train/subway for the airport is not far, you can walk for about 15 min.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, spacious, very clean with smart technologies. Location also great,close to the beach only 2 minutes by walk. We really appreciate Giuseppe, the host is very kind, helpful, careful and selfles person, always with smile on his face a ready to help - he does his work with love a special care, which is not often seen today. He has prepared gluten free breakfast for us. We fully recomended Oltremare if you want to spend unique and wonderful time.❤️ Thank you for everything❤️
