New development an easy walk to Broadbeach shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Stayed on 11th floor and got great views. We flew in over night and arrived at 9am and ere allowed to check in early which was fantastic. Decent size rooms and very clean.

The amazing view and comfortable size room. I prefer a larger bed (king) and larger room but it was somewhat still comfortable. Didnt use kitchen but if we stay longer next time it would be nice to cook and eat in the apartment. The pool facilities are also very nice. Loved sauna and gym and the location was perfect for us.

Apartment is superb with stunning view. Enjoying a cup of coffee early in the morning looking at the sun rise at the balcony; it's speechless! You even can see the view from both of the rooms From the balcony, you can see the tram station at the bottom, it is so convenient to go to Surfers and places around. China town and Australia Fair shopping mall are just around the corner. Cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Easy check in with clear instruction given personally by host's mother (Amy, a big thank you to her).

This new apartment is perfectly appointed with 3 good sized bedrooms to easily accommodate a group. The proximity to the tram, airport, beach and local bars and restaurants makes this the perfect location for a stay in Broadbeach could not recommend this place highly enough

Spacious studio style accommodation in modern house in quiet location. Coffee, tea, milk and water was ready after our arrival. Washing machine and dryer available in studio. We missed just salt and pepper :)

24hours prior to arrival the host sent a detailed message to let us know how to check in and collect keys/gain access to the accommodation. When we arrived the room was clean, tidy and well presented, with a self contained kitchen, laundry, LOADS of room downstairs with a little BBQ area, upon going upstairs the bedrooms were presented beautifully, the balcony with large day bed is a sure feature piece. The location was EXCELLENT I would approximate 30metres to the beach. It is close to many nearby takeaway restaurants and a surf club. A Woolies can be located approx 2km away as well! There is one car park which has ample room to open doors and a boot.
