The staff’s response was excellent and courteous. The room’s location was great, and the view was fantastic. The room was extremely clean. They provided detailed instructions on how to handle the keys and use the parking lot, so there were no difficulties.

Absolutely lovely apartment spacious with amazing view of the lake Ontario which was really stunning, couldn’t get enough of it :) one of the best location! You can walk 5 minutes to everywhere, CN tower, Metro Convention Center, Rogers Center, Scotia bank theatre, aquarium and even street car just outside of the door! Very comfortable and clean apartment! Host incredibly helpful and responsive, was beyond our expectations! Thank you again 🙏

The apartment is very well situated not far from Union Station and very close to the Rogers Stadium and the CN Tower. The apartment is very well equipped and has great views over the city. The service from the host management company was excellent with good communications all the way. Using WhatsApp made it very easy.
