Location could not be better walking distance to everything from beach, shopping, rail station. Breakfast is Amazing it was the best we have had after traveling for 4 weeks in the UK. Facilities are on a next level nothing is to much trouble for your Hosts. Car parking is off road. Secure

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Amanda is a super friendly and thoughtful host. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Very handy to busses, train, and several beaches. Very good value for money.

Decorated and maintained with lots of love and detail. Super friendly and welcoming hosts, delicious breakfast, quite location, 25-minute walk to Newquay or short drive. Great location to visit many of the amazing places along the Cornwall coast and to walk along the coastal path.
